Every ketamine infusion patient is monitored by a critical-care RN throughout their entire session. Spravato patients are monitored per REMS protocol requirements.

Spravato & Ketamine Treatment Protocols
Baseline protocols are personalized based on individual patient response. We titrate doses and adjust schedules accordingly.
Spravato Treatment for Treatment-Resistant Depression
Treatment-Resistant Depression, Major Depressive Disorder with or without suicidal ideation. Requires psychiatry referral — we assist with referrals if needed.
Initial Phase
Twice weekly × 4 weeks, then weekly × 4 weeks, then every 2 weeks × 4 weeks
Maintenance
Treatments as needed
Each session is 2 hours. Covered by nearly all major carriers. BCBS MS and Cigna not currently accepted. VA approved.
IV Ketamine Infusions for Mood Disorders
Treatment-Resistant Depression, PTSD, Post-Partum Depression, Suicidality, Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Initial Phase
$2,400 totalSix one-hour infusions over three weeks
Maintenance
$400/infusionSingle two-hour infusion as needed

Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, Phantom Limb Pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
